Quality Assurance Program
 
Valour uses quality assurance processes to demonstrate our commitment to design, develop, and deliver high-quality products that are on time and within budget, and that meet or exceed all of the customerís expectations.
 
Valourís Quality Assurance (QA) Program is based on an organizational structure that recognizes our shared responsibility for quality, values each employeeís input toward quality, regardless of their position in the company, and places a premium on the quality of each individualís performance.  Valour achieves quality by listening to customers, understanding their requirements, and welcoming their feedback.  Valour uses all these inputs to assess, and if necessary, modify our processes to ensure that the products we produce are of the highest quality.  Valourís commitment to quality means that our people recognize quality, can produce quality, and are satisfied with nothing less than the highest possible level of quality.
 
Valour is committed to continually improving our Quality Control (QC) procedures to ensure our customers are given the best possible products.  In-house training, ensuring consistent use of established procedures, and collecting critical incident data to continuously refine our internal processes are just a few of the steps used to ensure quality in our products and services.  Valour encourages team members to critically examine their work processes and to recommend more efficient ways for accomplishing their work.  Valour encourages every employee to take a personal interest in following and improving our quality control procedures.
 
The quality assurance (QA) process shown below is what Valour uses to ensure that all data and deliverables are accurate, operationally and instructionally-effective, suitable for customersí intended use, and consistent with established directives.

  - Detailed early planning, including a thorough evaluation of the task requirements and interrelationships, and the establishment of QC checkpoints;
   - Implementation of standardized QC procedures;
   - Monitoring the QA process to make certain that established QC checkpoints are not by-passed or overlooked.
 
Valourís QA Program is based on ISO 9001:2000 compliant processes. The Valour QA Manager provides guidance to all team members to accomplish quality assurance and control.  The metrics and performance monitoring processes established in the Valour Teamís QA Program supplements the QC procedures of individual team members.  The Valour QA Manager develops the QA Plan and implements our program, monitoring performance, quality achievement, and customer satisfaction.  In accordance with our QA Program procedures, PMPs include the factors and metrics necessary to measure and track performance in order to determine that task technical objectives, schedules, and deliverables/ products have been successfully accomplished.  PMPs also incorporate any unique quality requirements.  The Valour QA Manager audits conformance to task order technical, schedule, and deliverable performance metrics and quality requirements and solicit customer feedback to determine the level of satisfaction.  The Program Management IPT conducts monthly progress/ performance reviews with IPT Leaders to assess performance and customer feedback, to determine required actions, to update the status of actions identified to resolve any problems, and to validate the effectiveness of the cost savings/reduction initiatives.  We guarantee responsiveness and cooperation with our customers.
